Nose
Soft, sweet smoke with distant campfire, sea salt, and chewy caramel. Notes of fresh-baked peach cobbler, pears, grapefruit pith, and floral herbs. Underlying hints of oats, yeast, and a soft minerality. [2, 5, 6, 8]
Palate
Sweet and lemony, with a slightly tarry and minty character. Oily texture with golden raisins, honey, and a whiff of wood smoke. Flavors of peach pie, wine gum, mint chocolate cake, and caramel, balanced by earthy and grassy elements. [2, 5, 6, 8]
Finish
Medium-length with lingering oily stickiness. Peat-forward with notes of machine shop, black pepper, and smoked meat, softening to peach, burnt marshmallow, chocolate-covered macadamias, and a hint of lemon. [2, 5, 6, 8]
