Description

Located upon the breathtaking Loch Sunart, Ardnamurchan distillery is a comparatively new powerhouse which opened for production in 2014. Champions for green manufacturing, the distillery and all of its by-products are environmentally friendly and entirely sustainable. Ardnamurchan uses malt from Broomhill Farm and boasts two whisky styles; one peated and one unpeated, using American and European ... This single cask release, AD/06:17 Cask #372, was specially selected by Doddie Weir OBE in October 2022 and bottled in 2022. It is a 5-year-old peated expression, distilled in 2017, and matured in a Spanish Oloroso Sherry Hogshead. Only 327 bottles were produced, with all profits from its sale going to the My Name'5 Doddie Foundation.
