Nose
Orchard fruit, wet pebbles on a beach, oyster shells and eucalyptus. Fresh sea breeze, citrus notes of oranges and limes, with a wisp of ashy peat. Rich floral honey and gentle earthy peat smoke.
Palate
Tobacco leaves, peppercorns, brine, hay bales and marzipan. Creamy vanilla, orchard fruit, white pepper, crème brulée, apricot, guava juice, burnt caramel, custard cream biscuits, and a hint of saline.
Finish
Coastal sea spray and bonfire on the beach lingering. Long finish with pepper, slowly fading with smoky, maritime warmth.
