Description

The Arran 18 Year Old 2015 Release is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Isle of Arran Distillery. This expression was the first official 18-year-old release from Arran and the finale in a trilogy of releases. It was produced from un-peated malted barley and matured in ex-Sherry hogsheads. Bottled at 46% ABV without chill-filtration or artificial coloring, this limited edition release had an outturn of 9,000 bottles. It is described as a wonderfully balanced dram with caramelised citrus and tropical notes on a background of toasted oak, displaying tremendous depth of character.
