Description
This limited edition 15 year old single malt, known as Gordon's Cask, was distilled at the Isle of Arran distillery on October 4, 1995, and bottled on October 11, 2010. It was filled at a natural strength of 52.9% ABV from cask number 96. Gordon Mitchell, Arran distillery manager from 1995-2007, was responsible for producing the first legal spirit on the Isle of Arran in nearly 160 years. This release was originally a Japanese exclusive, with 60 bottles kept for the distillery shop. The total outturn for this rare vintage was 197 bottles and it comes with an original wooden presentation box.
