Description

The Arran Machrie Moor 7th Edition is a peated single malt whisky from the Isle of Arran Distillery. This expression, released in Autumn 2016, is lightly peated to 20ppm and named after the Machrie Moor peat bog on the island's west coast. It is bottled at 46% ABV, without chill filtration or added colouring. This limited edition release had an outturn of 15,000 bottles.

Citrus, smoke, peat, pineapple, key lime pie, preserved lemons, smoked quince jelly, ripe pear, apple bon bons, salted vanilla fudge, marzipan, white pepper spice, green herbs, green peppers, aniseed, sweet berries, maritime note.
Finish
Mossy and herbal, peppery vanilla oak, quince, ripe pear over sooty peat smoke, green herbs, salted lime, sugared almonds, medium length with sweet aniseed and peaty smoke.
