Art of the Spirits Chief's Cigar Blend 'Chief Quanah Parker' is a cask-strength blend of straight whiskeys selected as a private barrel selection for On the Rocks Premium Liquor and Wine. The component whiskeys include 12-year bourbon finished in Tawny Port (26%), 8-year rye (24%), 8.5-year bourbon finished in honey (15%), 20-year rye (15%), 11-year wheated bourbon finished in orange curacao (10%), and 9-year rye finished in Foursquare rum (10%).
