Fresh coffee gives the nose a direct starting point. Vanilla develops into a rich mouthfeel, then the finish turns dark and drying while winter fruits linger. That shift from vanilla and fruit to a drier close is the most interesting part. The Bourbon & Sherry Cask wording adds context, but does not establish a maturation sequence. The notes offer a clear contrast, though the fruit character remains broad.
