'Sweet surrender' Distilled on the 11th of October 2000 at Auchentoshan, then matured for 16 years in a 1st fill Oloroso sherry hogshead before being bottled by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society. The cask yielded 220 bottles at 56.5% ABV.

- A lot of sweet fruits, slightly spicy, cinnamon, cherry liqueur, the alcohol is only slightly present, later the spicy cinnamon notes dominate the profile.
- Palate
- Again, a slightly heavy sweetness at the beginning followed by the spicy cinnamon notes. Fruity with herbs. It dries up slightly later.
- Finish
- Nice fruity finish, slightly sweet, but the spicy notes predominate. Cinnamon notes only come through easily. A long time. Slightly dry and bitter.
