Description

Distilled at Auchroisk, then matured for 14 years before being bottled at 46% ABV by Cadenhead's for their Original Collection range. Matured in Manzanilla Sherry casks. Initially aged in traditional oak casks, it was finished in Manzanilla sherry casks since 2023, adding a dry, nutty complexity to the signature Auchroisk fruitiness. This is a non-chill filtered and uncolored single malt.

Palate
Buttery biscuit base, fruit and nut mix, malty toasted oat biscuits, and cloves, alongside orchard fruits, subtle oak spice, a saline character from the Manzanilla cask, citrus peel, white pepper, and a touch of brine.
Finish
Medium-long with a savoury note of buttered popcorn, ripe fruits, demerara sugar, lingering toasted nuts, light vanilla, and a soft, refreshing maritime salinity.
