A single cask bottling of Auchroisk distilled in August 1997 and bottled in May 2007 by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society. This 9-year-old expression was matured in a refill hogshead and released as cask number 95.7, titled 'Spiced Sponge Cake'. It was imported to the US by Spirit Imports, Inc.
