Description

A rare, mature single cask bottling of 15 year old single malt from Speyside distillery Auchroisk. Distilled in 2009, the spirit aged in a refill cask before a revolutionising finish in a first fill ex-bourbon cask. Just 240 bottles were yielded, making this a stand out addition to independent botter Gleann Mor's Rare Finds series. Notes of apple pie and peppery spice.

Palate
Rich and oily with more sweetness in the mouth, vanilla custard and millionaires' shortbread are joined by the addition of unsalted peanuts.
