This is batch 1 of the Blue Collection, made up of a handful of ex-bourbon barrels from Aultmore Distillery. Each cask was selected for its bright fragrance, fruit-forward character, and sweet finish, resulting in an elegant, unpeated, sipping whisky. Uncharted Whisky Co. follows a 'Minimal Intervention Scotch' ethos, meaning no colouring, no filtration, and no finishing casks. Batch 1 contains 640 bottles from 3 exceptional ex-bourbon barrels.
