Gluey and spirity at first, with coconut, underripe banana, mango, grainy notes, cinnamon, raisins, and rum.
Palate
Young and new make-ish, with coconut, vanilla, apricot, black pepper, some solvent, and acids. Sherry notes of raisin and chocolate are present but overshadowed by grassy and grainy aspects.
Finish
Vanilla and strawberry, surprisingly long, with lingering gluey and solvent notes, grassiness, graininess, and some acidity and bitterness.
