Nose
A sensuous dessert-like experience with amaretto biscuits, apricot jam, trifle with good custard and raspberry soaked sponge. High bourbon impact, orange flavoured Turkish Delight, floral notes, honey, toffee, bananas, orange and apple juices, pineapple, vanilla, and toasted bread.
Palate
Extremely rich and very balanced, spicy and fruity with an oily mouthfeel. Notes of pepper, cinnamon, tropical fruits like mango and pineapple, oak influence, and a light pleasant bitterness. Orange and grippy oak.
Finish
Quite rich with a lovely smooth texture, long and warm, slightly drying, on grapefruit, pineapple and a light oaky spiciness, with dry leafiness.
