Description

A malt distillery in the Highland region of Scotland owned by the ThaiBev drinks group in south-east Asia through its Inver House Distillers division. Although historically associated with the Ballantine's blend, it has established itself in the 21st century as a key single malt brand. Balblair is one of the oldest active distilleries in Scotland, founded in 1790. Its whiskies are known for being dry, very fruity, full-bodied, and often creamy, with a clear spice.
