Distilled at the Speyside distillery called Ballindalloch at cask strength, Edition No.1 of the Seven Springs Collection is the distillery's very first whisky. The collection is a tribute to the seven Garline springs that feed the distillery and also celebrates the Grant family and their proud heritage as custodians of the estate. Aged for 7 years in first-fill bourbon casks, this single malt is limited to 1200 bottles. This whisky won double gold at the prestigious San Francisco Spirit Awards. Nestled deep in the beautiful Spey valley, Ballindalloch has been the home of the Macpherson-Grant family since 1546. Throughout the last twenty-four generations, this much-loved Highland estate has upheld tradition while continuing to grow and look to the future. The latest addition to the range of activities is offered at Ballindalloch Single Malt Distillery. Returning the family to the distilling tradition, the distillery began production in September 2014.
