Description

Nestled deep in the beautiful Spey valley, Ballindalloch has been the home of the Macpherson-Grant family since 1546. This limited edition single malt Scotch whisky, 'The Castle', is a collaboration with Sunday Times best-selling author John Sutherland, released alongside his novel of the same name. It is Ballindalloch Distillery's first lightly peated expression, crafted from a combination of Bourbon and ex-peated spirit casks, and bottled at 50% ABV. It is non-chill filtered and natural in colour, showcasing Ballindalloch's elegant house style with an unexpected hint of smoke. This release is limited to 2,400 bottles worldwide.
