Nose
Aroma is very pleasant, with lemongrass, fragrant barley, fresh mint leaf, subtle Sherry aromas, creme brulee, apple, fresh lemon, and festive spice, medjool dates, and cocoa powder.
Palate
Extremely rich and very balanced in flavour, with apple, pear, light toffee notes, a hint of coffee and walnut cake, peppery notes, butterscotch, ripe banana, orange zest, milk chocolate, peppermint undertones, sweet stewed forest fruit, vanilla fudge, and baked apple.
Finish
Rich and smooth, with black pepper, new oak, fresh citrus, and mature oak.
