Nose
smells like a fine fino sherry. The salt, the spray, the nuttiness. Some oyster shell and leather. With time some distinct caramel and salted toffee notes ring out.
Palate
creamy with burnt wood giving way to lots of stone fruit and then camp fire rocks with a driving minerality.
Finish
great clarity! Fun boiled sweets, fruit tingles and a drop of sherry saltiness.
