Description

The Balvenie 16 Year Old Triple Cask is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Speyside region, matured for 16 years in a combination of three distinct cask types: first-fill American oak barrels, traditional refill casks, and first-fill Oloroso sherry butts. This unique maturation process, refined by Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE, imparts a rich and complex flavor profile with notes of honeyed sweetness, dried fruits, vanilla, and subtle oak spice. It was launched as part of Balvenie's travel retail range.
