Description

The Balvenie 14 Year Old Caribbean Cask is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Speyside region, matured for 14 years in traditional oak whisky casks (ex-bourbon) before being finished in casks that previously held Caribbean rum. This innovative wood finishing process, pioneered by Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE, imparts a unique complexity to the whisky, balancing Balvenie's classic honeyed malt sweetness with vibrant tropical fruit notes. The result is a smooth, well-rounded, and approachable whisky with notes of toffee, vanilla, and fruit. It is bottled at 43% ABV and is non-chill filtered.
