Description

These 10cl samples of the 17 year old were gifted to attendees of a dinner commemorating the 50th anniversary of malt master David Stewart, held on September 3rd 2012. The Balvenie DoubleWood 17 Year Old is matured in two types of cask: American oak barrels (ex-bourbon) for soft, sweet vanilla notes, and then finished in European oak sherry casks for rich, spicy flavors, depth, and fullness.
