Description

The Balvenie 17 Year Old DoubleWood is a distinguished single malt Scotch whisky, part of The Balvenie's core range, introduced around 2012 to commemorate Malt Master David Stewart's 50th anniversary. It is initially matured in American oak barrels, which impart soft, sweet vanilla notes, and then finished in European oak sherry casks, adding rich, spicy flavors and enhancing its depth and complexity. This particular release is the 'Chen Yanting Edition,' a special collaboration for Chinese New Year with renowned paper-cutting artist Chen Yan-Ting, featuring artworks symbolizing prosperity.
