Orange, citrusy, very fresh and light; peaches on syrup, apricot, oranges, Balvenie's trademark honey, vanilla, floral notes, light sherry influence (dried fruits), toffee.
Palate
Honey, malt, more citrus and orange; quite soft, fruity (marmalade), spicy (cinnamon, bergamot, nutmeg), light whiff of smoke, sweet honeyed pastry, butter, dried fruits, vanilla/oak, dates.
Finish
A lot of honey, very pleasantly satisfying; short on oak and spices, slightly dryish, vanilla/oak, spice, nuts, toffee and malt.
