Description

The Balvenie The Week of Peat 14 Year Old is Release No. 02 in The Balvenie Stories collection. The expression originated when former distillery manager Ian Millar arranged for Speyside peat to be burned in the kiln for one week during annual maintenance, resulting in an aromatic, smoky variation of the classic honeyed Balvenie profile.
