Description

Distilled in 2015 via a single column and redistilled in an old copper pot still at Australia's Beenleigh Artisan Distillery, this rum was aged for 5 years in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels under arid desert conditions in the Riverland region before being bottled in 2021 at 59% ABV in collaboration with Velier.
