Description

A single malt whisky producer based north-west of Liège in the Hesbaye region of Belgium. The distillery was founded in 2004 by Etienne Bouillon and is notable for its terroir-focussed approach and its use of two Scottish pot stills acquired from the closed Caperdonich distillery in Speyside.
