Nose
Sweet and harsh with butterscotch, assorted fresh fruits, vanilla, and sweet liquorice. Briney and fresh earth notes are also present.
Palate
Well-rounded with a harsh grain note, pronounced butterscotch, vanilla, honey, and fruit notes. Grassy, juicy, malty, firm, chewy, with shortbread, cookies, and lemon marmalade. Oak adds a slightly unpleasant bitterness.
Finish
A noticeable spiciness with butterscotch and vanilla. Bitterness from oak and a bad cup of coffee, with lingering assorted fruits. Long, peppery, and dry with oily aromatics.
