Description

Bellevoye Red Grand Cru Finish is a bold 100% French triple malt whisky. It is crafted from three French single malts sourced from different regions (e.g., North, East, Southwest or Brittany, Alsace, Cognac), each aged separately for between three and eight years in French oak casks. The blend then undergoes a secondary maturation for six to twelve months in carefully selected Grand Cru Bordeaux red wine barrels, imparting exceptional depth, tannic finesse, and a bold character. It is bottled at 43% ABV and is generally described as unpeated, though some distillates might be lightly peated.

Structured and vibrant, marked by fine oak tannins, dark berries, vanilla, leather, soft texture, dry aroma, cherry Krema, candied orange, spices (cinnamon, clove), green wood, malt, hazelnut, Medjool dates, mint notes.
Finish
Long, dry, slightly vinous, with a lasting touch of dark chocolate, clove, fine spices, brown sugar, hazelnut, bitter herbs, varnish, light malty, peppery, woody patina, and a sweet aftertaste.
