The Ancient Cave Collection is a limited series of secondary-finished bourbons aged inside the distillery's historic 1837 cave in Weston, Missouri. Master Distiller Kyle Merklein crafts these expressions by taking mature 6-to-7-year-old bourbon and finishing it using experimental wood staves, complex toasts, and varied smoking methods.
