Ben Holladay Soft Red Wheat Rickhouse Proof Missouri Straight Bourbon Whiskey is distilled from a mash bill of 73% corn, 15% soft red wheat, and 12% malted barley. Distilled in Fall 2017 and aged for 6 years in new charred oak barrels in Rickhouse C (36% floor 4, 64% floor 5), it was bottled at barrel proof (119.8 proof / 59.9% ABV) in April 2024.
