Lady Of The Glen is an Edinburgh-based independent bottler founded by Gregor Hannah in 2012. This Ben Nevis 1998 26 Year Old release is a single malt that slumbered for 26 years in a single refill hogshead before being bottled in 2025. It is non-chill filtered and natural in color, part of the Lady of the Glen collection, and was released as a limited edition of 156 bottles.

Nose
Waves of ripe peach, lemon curd and heather honey meld with vanilla fudge, waxed oak and a wisp of distant sea-spray. Soft and winey, like Pinot Gris, with pears, apples, and a low-key spent candle wax note, hovering below sweet citrus blossoms.
Palate
Silky floods of toffee cream, malt loaf and baked apple coat the tongue, chased by white-pepper warmth, almond brittle and a subtle hint of earthy smoke. Chewy yet rounded, with playful tropical-fruit notes of nectarine, passionfruit, subtle elderflower, pineapple, beignets and passion fruit tart.
Finish
Long, warming and gently drying—lingering malted biscuit, mellow oak spice and a final flourish of citrus zest and soft leather. Elegant and long-lasting.
