Nose
The original initial nose is at once oxidative and exotic (pineapple, mango), evoking a Jura vin jaune. Allowed to breathe, citrus fruits (lemon) and verbena refresh the aromatic palette.
Palate
The lively attack is honeyed and fruity; apricots and mangoes mingling with rich manuka honey while notes of vanilla and sweet malt build in the background.
Finish
The finish is also exotic and reveals spices (clove) that are even more direct in the empty glass.
