A 10-year-old single cask expression from the Scotch Malt Whisky Society (cask 78.92) distilled at Ben Nevis. Matured for 5 years in an ex-bourbon hogshead before finishing for 5 years in a first-fill Spanish oak Oloroso hogshead, bottled at a cask strength of 58.6% ABV in celebration of the 2025 Australian Malt Whisky Tasting Championship.

Wonderfully dense and full of old-school sherry characteristics, sweet plum jam, strawberry wine, walnut oil, runny honey, and wee meaty touches.
Finish
Rich and warm with lingering notes of beefy gravy, dried cranberries, preserved dark fruit, and dense Spanish oak tannins.
