Description

This 12-year-old Ben Nevis is an independent bottling by Single Cask Nation, distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2025. It was matured in a first-fill new charred oak barreau (Cyprus), also described as a heavily charred #4 hogshead, and is part of Single Cask Nation's tenth global release. The rich and bold Highland spirit carries salty, umami notes with hints of charcoal and bonfire smoke, dark chocolate, and toasted oak. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at 56.4% ABV, with an outturn of 243 bottles.
