A subtle birch smoke carried by creamy sweetness of melted honey on warm brioche, with notes of honeysuckle, lavender, hyacinth, resinous spruce, rich vanilla, lightly roasted hazelnuts, brandy peaches, milk chocolate, blond caramel, chocolate-covered honey, red licorice, smoking beeswax candles, soft leather, new rubber, and shoelaces.
Palate
Soft but deep, with dense, bright lavender honey, quickly followed by darker nuances of leather, licorice, light pipe smoke, cherry pipe tobacco, solid oak, warm spices, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, caramel bar, crème caramel, white chocolate chips, and subtle pistachio sweetness.
Finish
Long, warm, and enveloping, with returning spices (cloves, cardamom, cinnamon) melding with rich vanilla cream and warm honey, hints of toasted wood and wax.
