- A fantastic fusion of rich peat and smouldering embers, bound together by fresh herbs like oregano, aniseed, and chicory. A rush of sweet, wild honey provides contrast. Fruity notes of guava, passion fruit, blackberries, and plums, balanced by caramel, toffee, oak, vanilla, and subtle spice. Ashy/smoky notes are also present.
- Finish
- Long and warming, with lingering notes of dark chocolate, dried fruits, and a hint of smoky peat. Herbal character, tobacco smoke, black pepper, prunes, and oak influences continue to evolve.
