Description

Originally based in Aberdeen before being bought by the Campbeltown based Mitchell family in 1969, Wm Cadenhead's is the oldest independent bottler in Scotland. Now their flagship Campbeltown premises - located next to the Springbank distillery - also features their own shop offering a variety of bottled spirits from different distilleries. This single malt was distilled at Benriach in 2008 and spent the next 15 years maturing in a manzanilla sherry cask. The cask was opened by Cadenhead's in 2023, independently releasing a total of 282 cask strength bottles.
