A 21-year-old single malt from Benriach, independently bottled by Signatory Vintage as part of their Cask Strength Collection. Distilled in May 2000, it matured for 20 years in refill butts before a 12-month finish in a fresh sherry butt. Bottled in August 2021 at a cask strength of 59.2% ABV, with an outturn of 685 bottles.
