Nose
Cinnamon sugar and creamy sweetness, along with salted caramel and cooked apple. Powerful vanilla notes, with a touch of banana fritter heat, caramel, coconut milk and salty sea air.
Palate
Sweet, tangy balsamic notes, crème brûlée and caramelised nuts. Allspice, orange oil, cinnamon sticks, more vanilla, cookie dough, butterscotch sauce, buttery cashews and caramelised red onion chutney.
Finish
Creamy cashews and roasted malt. Nectarine, cassia, a touch of white chocolate, with lingering butterscotch sauce, buttery cashews and caramelised red onion chutney.
