Description

Bernheim Original Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey is a pioneering American whiskey, first introduced in 2005 by Heaven Hill Distillery as the first new style of American whiskey since Prohibition. Distilled in Louisville, Kentucky, and aged for 7 years in new charred oak barrels in Heaven Hill's rickhouses, it features a mashbill of at least 51% winter wheat, along with corn and malted barley. This unique composition results in a soft, mellow, and refreshingly smooth flavor profile.
