This Bimber Klub Edition No. 6 is a single malt whisky that is a harmonious vatting of first-fill bourbon barrels finished in Spanish Amontillado Sherry casks. Sourced from Spain's finest bodegas, these special casks have infused the spirit with layers of roasted almonds, dried apricots, and delicate nuttiness, all perfectly blended with Bimber's signature fruity character. Bimber Distillery, founded in London in 2015 by Dariusz Plazewski, is known for its traditional methods and high-quality spirits.
