Bimber Apogee XII 12 Year Old is a blended malt whisky crafted by Bimber Distillery in London. It combines 12-year-old single malts sourced from Speyside and the Highlands, which then undergo additional maturation in ex-Bimber ex-bourbon casks. This English whisky is bottled at 46.3% ABV, without coloring or chill-filtration, and presented in a distinctive hammered glass bottle designed to mimic Bimber's copper pot stills.
