Description

Bimber Ex-Bourbon Oak Casks Batch #4 is a London single malt whisky from Bimber Distillery, established in 2015. This fourth batch is crafted from a vatting of the distillery's oldest first-fill American oak ex-bourbon casks, which were laid down in 2017. Bottled in March 2023 at 51.2% ABV, this is Bimber's largest small batch release to date, with an outturn of 7,000 bottles. The malt is distilled from single farm barley from Warminster Malting House and fermented for seven days.
