Description

A distillery located in the Park Royal area of north-west London, Bimber opened in 2016 and operates a 'farm-to-bottle' approach, sourcing 100% of its barley from a single producer and using traditional floor maltings and slow fermentation techniques. This Bimber France Edition is a single malt London whisky, drawn from a single ex-Bourbon cask (Cask No. 202) and bottled in 2021. It was exclusively released for La Maison du Whisky, France, with an outturn of 289 bottles. The whisky is unpeated and undergoes a seven-day fermentation period. It is presented in a tube.
