Nose
Fine aromas of cherries, syrup, coffee, gentle peat smoke, a touch of vanilla and oak. Very elegant and precise aromas.
Palate
Full-bodied and sweet with notes of hazelnuts, almonds, gentle oak spice, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and a wonderful sherry sweetness. Very powerful and complex with a smooth texture.
Finish
Long-lasting, with impressions of dried fruit and vanilla overlaid with hints of lingering peat smoke. Lingering pepper and nutmeg spices are sweetened with demerara sugar and bolstered by a touch of charred oak.
