Description

Proudly celebrating his family's roots in moonshine production, Dariusz Plazewski set up his London-based Bimber distillery in 2015. Bimber is known for its traditional, small-batch production methods, using floor-malted barley and long fermentation. This particular expression is a Private Cask bottling, specifically Cask #201704, bottled in April 2021 at 58.2% ABV. Bimber whiskies are generally non-chill filtered and bottled at natural colour.
