Description

This is the third Bimber exclusive release for Selfridges, bottled in January 2023. This single malt London whisky was initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before being finished in a single Matusalem Oloroso Sherry Butt from Gonzalez Byass. It was bottled at 51.4% ABV, with an outturn of 965 individually numbered bottles from Cask #422-4/63.
