Description

A single malt whisky from Bimber Distillery in London, part of their 'Shoulders of Giants' series, which pays homage to historical figures. This 'Leonardo - The Visionary' expression is a UK exclusive, inspired by Leonardo da Vinci's genius. It is a single cask release, matured in a Palo Cortado cask. Bimber is known for its 'farm-to-bottle' approach, using 100% of its barley from a single producer, traditional floor maltings, and seven-day open-topped fermentation. The whisky is non-chill filtered and bottled at natural cask strength.
